HomeField Experts operates an informational website designed to provide educational information regarding home services and to facilitate introductions between homeowners and independent service professionals.

HomeField does not perform home repair services.

All specialists referenced on the Site are independent third-party businesses.

They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of HomeField.

HomeField does not supervise or control the performance of any services performed by specialists.

HomeField does not guarantee:

• availability of specialists
• pricing accuracy
• licensing status
• insurance coverage
• quality of workmanship

Any engagement with a specialist is solely between the user and that specialist.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

By submitting a consultation request you authorize HomeField to share your information with relevant specialists who may contact you regarding the request.

By submitting information you consent to communications including calls, emails, or text messages regarding your request. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Users agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful purposes
• interfere with operation of the Site
• submit false or misleading information
• attempt unauthorized system access

All content, design, branding, and materials on the Site are owned by HomeField or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW HOMEFIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeField from claims arising from use of the Site or disputes between users and specialists.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. HomeField is not responsible for those services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any dispute arising from the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

HomeField reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
